RewardKeep

About RewardKeep

RewardKeep is a Windows application for HR and compensation teams. It computes an employer’s gender pay gap and produces the report the regulator asks for — the EU Pay Transparency Directive outputs and the national formats of 58 countries — entirely on the user’s own computer. Salary data is read from a file on that machine, analysed there, and never uploaded.

Why on your own PC

Pay data is among the most sensitive information a company holds. Most tools ask you to upload it to someone else’s server and trust their handling of it. RewardKeep takes the other route: the software comes to the data. There is no account, no server holding your figures, and the application works with no network connection at all. Reports are produced and signed on your machine, with the method and its sources printed in the document an auditor reads.

Who makes it

RewardKeep is made by Smitteck GmbH, a company incorporated under Swiss law and registered in the Canton of Zurich. The application launches later in 2026; until then, the waiting list is the way to hear about it. Certified partners — independent specialists who review the method for their own country — will be listed in the application at launch.
